Navy Blue In Winter, In Or Out?!

I love navy blue... I think I can keep permanently wear it in any season and always be a In... Even if it's winter, that color always reminds me of summer..... Maybe my wish is to bring at least small part of summer in winter.... the air, the smell of the sea, the beach, the seagulls, the lines.... Would you wear navy blue in winter?!
